HSERL CIRCA SIGN INFORMATION
- House (structures) for those residents with homes 75 years or older which have maintained some historically significant architectural style.
- Research should begin at this site mynassauproperty.com
- Records may be held by the Village Building Dept. In addition, we have an information sheet available with instructions on how to trace your deed.
- Please fill out the HSERL Application
- Attach copies of any pictures and documents that help date the house or structure, or disclose the history of the house.
- Return completed application, photos and documentation along with the fee of $65.00, payable to the HSERL at P.O. Box 351, East Rockaway, New York, 11518-0351
- The fee for producing the sign includes a one year $25.00 membership in HSERL.
Signs will be ready in 2- 4 weeks. They will be delivered.
